I am on my shed holiday! Well, actually it's a summerhouse holiday in Mabel's back garden. The views are wonderful; in front of me is Mabel's kitchen which is large, with all sorts of interesting things and where Mabel spends a lot of time sewing at the window table; I think she might be making me a new hat. I can see the plots in the distance but only Mr Stanford has been busy there. He has cut back all the old stems on his summer raspberries and made sure all his plants are secure against the wind.

I am sorry I missed November's update - I did a Mabel and forgot: holidays are lovely but they seem to make time move in different ways. I think my New Year Aspiration should be to be more timely with the updates - and not to fret over hats.
